Pleasures Pigment is more than just another online art store, at least to me. This shop is everything to me. Pleasures Pigment started with a deep desire to create. I was very unhappy with the way that my life was going and the way that I was feeling day to day. Nothing truly satisfied me. Not until I started to paint. Painting became my life line. It became all that I could think about, all that I wanted to do. It taught me so much about myself, my life, my soul, everything. 

The name Pleasures Pigment came to me after I had finished my "conscientious chaos" pieces. I felt so open and vulnerable. It was like everything I was made up of came rushing out of me and landed on the canvas. It felt so intimate. 

So, it is my goal to not only share my love of painting with you, but also to provide this save place where others who feel inclined to do so can open up and leave it all on their own metaphorical canvas. Art is more than paint on a canvas. When you look at my stuff, I want you to feel what I felt. I want the lessons I learned to appear before you, even if hidden beneath the layers of paint. Sharing my art with you, sharing a piece of my very soul with you, is all there is.
