Refund Policy
I honestly truly hope that all of this information will only ever be used for hypothetical issues. However, if you have found this page, it is likely that something has gone wrong. I am so sorry that the items you have ordered have not lived up to their expectations.

If you have received your order and the items inside are damaged or missing, please email email immediately at pleasurespigment@gmail.com. With as much detail as possible, along with a photo of any damaged goods, please explain to me what the issue is and where the order went wrong. I will review the information and likely issue a refund within the following couple of days.

If you have placed an order and it somehow never made it to you, please email me at pleasurespigment@gmail.com and tell me your name, what you ordered and if you have it, the tracking number. I will then check with the post office to see if it truly is lost forever. In the case that your order is lost, I will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
