  • can i get your artwork shipped to me anywhere?
    I am pleased to let you know that I am one hundred percent willing to ship my stuff anywhere in the world! My main goal in creating art is to reach people, connect, and share my experiences with those who interact with my stuff. That being said, depending on where you are, the shipping rates may vary. But, for the most part, it shouldn't be a problem! I am honored to be a part of your story, no matter where you are!
  • how long will my order take to get to me?
    I start working on orders pretty much as soon as I receive them. If you have purchased a print, and the size you are looking for is in stock, I will ship it out within a couple days of your purchase. If the print you've ordered is not currently in stock, I will work to get it within the week. The print shop I work with is pretty quick. Once I have it, I will package your order up and ship it out as soon as possible. Most deliveries take around 3-5 business days, but may be longer depending on various circumstances. Feel free to contact me if there are any issues.
  • how do i request a custom piece?
    The easiest way to request a custom painting is to send me an email, located on the contact page of this website. I will likely respond to you within a day or two and we can discuss your piece in more detail so that I can really gain an understanding of what you are looking for and how I can make it happen. I view customs as more of a collaborative experience, and would love to know what you're imagining. I cannot wait to work on your next custom piece!
  • what do i get with the monthly subscription and newsletter?
    The newsletter is basically an update on all things artist life. My life is crazy, but mundane. Its full of the unexpected and usually leads me down some interesting rabbit holes. As an artist, there are a lot of unknowns, usually leading to some form of inspiration around every corner. The newsletter, much like a blog I guess, will be a monthly letter filled with personal anecdotes and updates on what I am working on, going through, feeling, etc. Pretty much anything that has to do with my life and my art will be shared in that letter. Much like in my regular life, I want to give my friends and those who support me an insider view on what I am up to. I want to share my experiences and hopefully connect and grow with as many of you as possible, and I cannot wait for whats next. The monthly subscription is a bit different. With your monthly subscription to Pleasures Pigment, you will receive a print of a painting I do each month, only for those who have purchased one of my monthly plans. The size of the print you receive will be based on the plan you purchase, which will be listed in the details for each plan. You will also receive a personalized hand written note from yours truly. In addition, depending on the subscription you chose, you will receive a variety of my hand made jewelry using wire and materials I have collected in Arizona, plus an extra little surprise or two. These pieces will not be available to anyone other than you. They are meant to be just as one of a kind and special as you are! The surprises will be left a mystery, but I promise they will only add to the love coming your way.
  • how do i go about getting a refund?
    I am so sorry you are not pleased with the painting and/or other items you have received. Please email me and describe in detail exactly what is wrong with it, along with a photo of the problem, and I will do my best to fix the issue. If there was a delivery issue, and you've never received the piece, I will check with the post office to ensure it is forever lost, and will then issue a complete refund. No questions asked. I am new at selling my stuff and will take any negative experiences you may have encountered as an opportunity to improve my shop and make it as positive an outcome as I possibly can.
